The Independence Care Center was opened in July of 1997, and was designed to serve the community’s elderly. The mission of Independence Care Center is to provide to the elderly retirement and health care services which are dedicated to excellence, in an environment which promotes living with dignity, security and independence.
At Independence Care Center, our goal is to provide healthcare delivery in a homelike atmosphere with tender loving care.
Independence Care Center is licensed for skilled care, and has 123 beds. Independence Court Assisted Living Center is licensed for 75 beds, and delivers Residential Care Services. Independence Square Residential Care Center is an off-site residential care center licensed for 20 beds. We also have Independence Village and Independence Bridge, which are independent living duplexes.
At Independence Care Center we accept private pay and we are also Medicare and Medicaid certified. Hospice Care is available at this level of care. Independence Court is private pay, however, Independence Square also accepts Medicaid recipients.
We are a not-for-profit corporation.
